A lifetime warranty
We pride our selves in having some of the best after sales service in the industry. At House of Zunn we offer a lifetime warranty on the frame and spring construction against defective material or workmanship; and on our seat cushions against the loss of resiliency. Softening and flattening will occur in all foam as a result of use and age but this is considered completely normal.

To express our appreciation for your choice of House of Zunn Furniture, we offer this limited lifetime warranty only to the original purchaser for residential use. It is valid only if the furniture has received normal usage and has not been subjected to abuse or improper care.

Customer care and after sales service
At House of Zunn we are very committed to providing a completely satisfying experience for our customers. We always aim to exceed expectations in every way. We understand how stressful designing spaces can be and we know that in order to achieve something truly special, things may need to be changed. We are always happy to cater to any changes our customers would like to make, as long as they are dictated at appropriate times.

Delivery times
All of our furniture is custom made to compliment the interiors of any given project. We do not try and mix and match pieces from stock, everything is bespoke and made only for you. This means that for orders we require 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Orders are delivered directly to your door step by our team, where our interior designers complete the job and ensure it is done exactly how it was envisioned.

Additional Warranty Limitations
House of Zunn will replace or repair, at our option, any part or parts of the warranted product found to be defective within terms of the warranty.
In order for these repairs to be made without charge for material or labor, the defective goods shall have to be shipped to the factory at buyer expense. All transportation and handling expense to and from factory will be at buyer expense.

Upholstery fabrics are not guaranteed by the mills, therefore, we are unable to accept responsibility for wear, fading, or shrinkage.
